Earlgrey Cookies 🍪, inspired by Peaceful Cuisine . I have some lovely Fortnum and Mason earl grey tea from my London trip, perfect for this petite batch of vegan cookies . In raw form the dough doesn’t taste like much, but after baking the bergamot scent is quite lovely. These are slice and bake cookies, and I took it a step further by using my Linzer cookie cutter to punch out mini hearts.
