After being obsessed with Dalgona coffee for the past month, I was curious to try the origin of the trend. So, today I made some dalgona candy, which is very similar to honeycomb candy or sponge toffee. The main differences are the lack of corn syrup, and light press at the end. I drizzled some white chocolate to use up the small chunk I had left, and sprinkled the top with dried cranberries for tartness and color. Smoky, complex, and addicting!
