Pumpkin biscotti, inspired by Peaceful Cuisine . I was too impatient to slice and did not wait for the loaf to fully cool before doing so. Don’t do that. I also used a higher ratio of almond flour to increase protein. Don’t do that either. While the flavor is great, visually these are quite rustic!
