It’s the season, and I found the perfect pumpkin today. I’ve been wanting to try the Pumpkin Buns recipe by Peaceful Cuisine, and it was time to break in my new Instapot (to pressure-cook the pumpkin). I used Korean sweet potato 🍠 instead navy bean and matcha powder instead of spirulina (gotta work with what you got!).
