Potato Pizza with Rosemary

Potato pizza with rosemary (pizza in bianco con patate e rosmarino). Another great way to use up starter discard is through pizza! This minimalist recipe is simply topped with thinly sliced potato, rosemary, olive oil, and salt. 20 minutes in the oven, and presto, you have yourself a delightful pie. Optional topping – vegan “parmesan cheese.”
