Peach Maple Donuts

I LOVE donuts , but I do not work well with yeast. I recently found the Bon Appetit yogurt donut (yonut) recipe by Chris Morocco, and I had to try it! It is pretty foolproof, no adjustments were made to the dough recipe, but I substituted a peach maple glaze for the suggested lemon glaze. Total yield was one dozen 2.5″ yonuts , and about 3 dozen yonut holes. Recipe for the glaze below!
