This week is already proving to be challenging. So, it’s another evening of late night baking to keep me sane. Inspired by another Bon Appetite recipe, this time by Claire Saffitz! Behold, the Cherry Biscuit Cobbler. I made zero adjustments to the recipe (it’s literally perfect), but I did split it between 2 smaller baking dishes. I also showered the cobblers with slivered lemon peels immediately before serving.
