My beautiful friend, Latha, gifted me some lovely Tea Forte ginger pear tea. While brewing a cup, I got inspired! I have made this Peaceful Cuisine vegan shortbread recipe before with earl grey, and figured it would also be lovely with this Tea Forte blend. I used the original teabag was used as a template, and the tags were made out of a scrap piece of Italian marble paper I had lying around, leftover from when I used to do bookbinding. Note: the cookies are vegan, but the white chocolate on top is not.
