Grapefruit granita with soju. This beautiful grapefruit needed love today, so I mixed the pulp with half a lime, 1 spoon of sugar, and 2 oz of soju (it’s Friday, why not???). This whole mixture goes into a blender, then poured into a dish, and placed into the freezer. Every 30 minutes, flake the mixture with a fork until it is all icy and fluffy. This works well with any fruit and any liquor 🤗!
