I promise I eat real food too! Today, I had to use up a bundle of radishes before they were no longer at their peak. When raw, I add them to salads for color, but have never enjoyed their spicy and watery flavor. I LOVE the Asian varieties, but never took to the bright red cherry belle – until the day I had them roasted! 💡 Gamechanger. Juicy and sweet, best of all, you can use the whole plant, because the leaves make one heck of a #pesto ! This looks complex, but it’s pretty easy to put together, mainly a task in order of operations. Cheers to all radish lovers out there!
