In the heat of a Texas summer, I saw this video on social media, and I had to make it! Freeze rosé in a casserole dish, place it in a blender with a cup of strawberries, some vermouth, lemon juice and simple syrup to taste, et voila! Home brunch felt very fancy today.
Freeze rosé in a casserole dish (4-6 hours) Slice strawberries into quarters and remove their caps (feel free to freeze these as well), Spoon frozen mixture into a blender and add the strawberries, vermouth, lemon juice and 1 oz of simple syrup Blend and serve immediately!Frosé (Frozen Rosé)
