Frosé (Frozen Rosé)

In the heat of a Texas summer, I saw this video on social media, and I had to make it! Freeze rosé in a casserole dish, place it in a blender with a cup of strawberries, some vermouth, lemon juice and simple syrup to taste, et voila! Home brunch felt very fancy today.

Frosé (Frozen Rosé)

  • 1 bottle rosé
  • 1 cup of strawberries
  • 1 oz vermouth
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 oz simple syrup (or more, depending on your preferred level of sweetness)



Freeze rosé in a casserole dish (4-6 hours)


Slice strawberries into quarters and remove their caps (feel free to freeze these as well),


Spoon frozen mixture into a blender and add the strawberries, vermouth, lemon juice and 1 oz of simple syrup


Blend and serve immediately!
